Clive Waller

Clive Waller held a variety of management positions in sales and marketing forPhoto of Clive Waller some twenty-five years with Scottish Amicable and Zurich Insurance. His roles included investment sales manager and sales director at Zurich Life and group director at ZIFA. He became managing partner of the Training Design Studio in 1999, writing and delivering training programmes on taxation, pensions and investment. At the same time, he set up the specialised research-based consultancy, CWC Research with his wife, Monica.

Clive has an MBA from Wolsey Hall, Oxford and is an Associate of the Personal Finance Society.

He has been a regular speaker at industry conferences and writes on a variety of issues. He writes regular features for FT Business publications.

 

Monica Waller

Prior to starting a family, Monica had vaMonica Waller photorious roles with Scottish Amicable, at leading advisers, Gissings where she was in charge of administration, and stockbrokers W I Carr, where she was responsible for publishing the options newsletter.

Monica studied computing and joined a computer consultancy where she was their trainer. As well as looking after our systems, she keeps her hand in training individuals and groups on various applications.

 

Peter Le Beau - Associate

Peter Le Beau has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years and is one of the best known speakers and writers in the business. Peter's career has been largely spent in reassurance and he has extensive experience in business to business marketing and helping clients to think in original ways about their marketing approach. Peter's success in helping Swiss Re to develop its proposition in the UK has given him an enviable network of contacts throughout the marketplace. Peter believes that business should be fun without sacrificing professionalism and has a keen sense of humour which is very much in evidence in the advice he dispenses to clients.

Karen Forest - Associate

Along side this work she is an activity supports both the retail and trade press, in partaking in many slots on key issues.

Chris Willett - Associate

Chris Willett has over thirty years experience negotiating strategic and operational changes. He has held Board positions within the financial services industry and senior planning and change management roles within the UK private and public sectors. A business studies graduate from Middlesex University, he also has an MSC in Total Quality Management from Sheffield Hallam University and an MBA from Aston University Business School.

Chris has a strong interest in ensuring agreements remain in place once negotiations are over, and believes that durable agreement is only possible if effort is put in to build genuine trust and involvement among the main stakeholders.
