The inaugural adnitor UK Platform Awards Dinner in association with CWC Research was held at London’s Café Royal on Wednesday 28 February. Nearly three hundred guests celebrated the achievements of the platform sector.

Such a fantastic turnout for the first such event to be held in the UK demonstrates that this sector is now genuinely flourishing. No one can doubt that platforms are at the core of the financial services industry of the future.

After a champagne reception, generously sponsored by Fundsnetwork, guests were welcomed by Karen Forrest, CEO of adnitor.

Adam Shaw from BBC’s Working Lunch gave a perspective from the consumer viewpoint.

Clive Waller, senior partner of CWC Research, presented highlights of recent research summarising some of the key issues facing the sector in the coming year.

After dinner, Incognito provided entertainment from the era of swing before Adam was joined by our own Justin Urquhart Stewart to present the awards.
